Last night I've been busy scanning for roughly nine hours so finally here's something new from my side.
This image is part of a series I shot being with some people who celebrate winter solstice. The "host" of the party is an aged man who lives differently from what the average man would call "civilized". He tries to refuse to use modern ways of living as much as possible. He hardly uses electricity or running water and heats the two small rooms he lives in with an old stove.
After I arrived home again and switched my computer on to download updates I had a strange feeling. It felt almost wrong to such an extent being able to use internet, wi-fi and bake a pizza whenever I would want to. There's a hell lot of to do for us to make this world a better for all people – and it starts with every one of us (this sound so damn washed-out but it's the truth and as simple as this).
